At le mas de Bourlenc they love people who love nature. Thierry a beekeeper, tends his organic garden. As for Dorothée the kitchen is her favourite room and she gives free rein to her imagination and treats her guests to delicious meals: rabbit with wild thyme, snails with fennel, barbecued lamb with wild basil, and of course crisp salads with a mix of edible flowers.
Five self-contained “luxury” rooms await you, as do the terraces and arbours which surround a beautiful stone house in the midst of unspoilt nature.
