Bedroom: double bed (140 cm wide) with attached dressing-room. Bathroom: with shower and wc.
Terraces: compact garden in front of and behind the house with a solarium in the heart of a 15 hectares vineyard.
Rental: begins after 15:00 h with return of property before 10:00 h.
No arrival after 21:30 h and no departure before 7:30 h.
Sheets and house linen not provided but possible to rent sheets.
A deposit of € 200 to be paid upon arrival which will be returned at the end of stay if the property is clean and in good condition.
Complete inventory on agreed dates. Also a household deposit of € 50 to the returned if the rented property is clean upon departure.
