Labeaume in ARDECHE
|
Two gîtes are part of this entirely restored "ardéchois" style house.
Everyone's privacy is guaranteed due to the design of the building.

The first one has:
- sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen corner,
- a sofa bed,
- a bed room with double bed and an extra bed,
- a shower room with toilet.
The washing machine is located apart from the gîte.
Each room has access to a fully furnished patio with barbecue.

The second one (at the same level as the garden) has:
- a sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen,
- a sofa bed,
- a double bed room,
- a mezzanine with two single beds,
- a shower room with toilet, and a washing machine.
All of the building is air conditioned.
There is an optional room independent from the two gîtes available for 2 to 3 people.

Labeaume, a peaceful and picturesque village nestling against the cliffs, with cobbled country lanes and rustic houses, is situated in the heart of the southern "Ardèche". A truly arresting village, it is full of character (and has even officially been recognised as such - "village de caractère") you can enjoy swimming in the river LaBeaume, with its lovely beaches 200m from the house. The "Gorges de l'Ardèche" and the famous "Pont d'Arc" are just 10 km away in an exceptional natural site for you to discover.
