You can make a reservation at the restaurant "Le Bouffadou" (open to non-residents). We will serve you with regional dishes and forgotten recipes cooked in the fireplace, and share in them with you. According to the season: Ardèche-style lamb with potatoes, Rhône bargee's grill, grape-picker's casserole, Cevennes-style veal with garlic dressing, the local "maôche" (pork stomach filled with sausage meat and a selection of vegetables), "aligot" (mashed potatoes with garlic and tomme (the fresh curds used in making Cantal cheese), herb and chestnut sausages, Mézenc beef, etc….
