RENTAL CONTRACT

Important: Bookings are only confirmed once the contract is signed and returned, together with the deposit.

The remainder of the rent due is to be paid upon arrival.
Our rentals are to be understood from Saturday 3.30pm to Saturday 10.00am.
Late arrivals or early departures: the entire period you have booked for is due.
A deposit of 300 € will be required upon arrival. This is returned at the end of your stay
on condition no damage has occurred. When you leave, the properties
must be left in a clean state or a flat fee of 30 € is charged. Thank you.

In the case of a cancellation, the deposit will be returned if we are given three months notice, by letter, before the date the stay was due to begin. There is a cancellation fee of 20 €. After this point no refund will be given.
